CCD: Fill out form completely, including which sacraments each
child has received. A baptism certificate is required for students who will
be receiving First Communion or Confirmation this year.
Special Sacraments Class: For those students 3rd grade and
over who have not been Baptized or who have not received Penance or First
Communion. If they have been baptized please provide copy of certificate. Offered only on Sunday afternoon at 3:00.
Confirmation (11th Grade): Fill out form completely. Meets on Sunday at
5:30. Must provide copy of Baptism certificate.
9th & 10th Grade:
Fill out form
completely. Meets only on Sunday in the
Upper Room of the gym. Please note start time difference(5PM). Parents are invited to the first class to
find out about everything the youth ministry program offers. Required prior to
Confirmation class.
Volunteers
needed: There are lots of
ways to help with all the programs. Please look over the form and check the
ways you would like to help. Forms are also in the back of the church.
R.C.I.A.: Registration form will
be passed out at class. Meets on Sunday
afternoon.
Fees: $25 per student, 3 or
more $75. No fee for R.C.I.A.
